Throwing Aid

Helped out in Margo’s class again this evening!! I was tasked with helping one of her students (Janet) to centre her clay, as she was in a bit of a rut. It was really a wonderful opportunity and I felt that I learnt a lot from it, besides being able to help Janet get her centering on-point!

I also made a big bowl in LF, as a demo for Janet in how to make a tall cylindrical form, and how to open it into a bowl shape.

A splendid, exciting experience which made me all the more sure about how much I care about teaching, as well as being able to get my work out there into the world.
